Fred M. Eiserman graduated from Utah State University in 1950 with a degree in Wildlife Management and a minor in Forestry. Upon graduation he worked for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department as a Coordinator of Fisheries Management and Research from 1950-1970. In 1971 he joined Energy Transportation Systems, Inc. to be their Manager of Environmental Activities.
